Don't Deny Your Downloads

Seemingly strange things ever happen to you? They have to me, and occasionally still do. One such thing happened around 9 years ago. I started seeing 1:11 and 11:11 everywhere. Everytime I looked at the time, my phone, the clock in the car or the cooking range at home - I saw 1:11 or 11:11. 9 months later my first daughter was born and when she was delivered the doctor announced "Baby girl, time of birth 1:11"!

"A-ha!!", I said to myself! "So, this is why I have been seeing 1:11 and 11:11 everywhere. I had seen the time my daughter would be born." Mystery solved!

But wait, not solved. If it was, I would have stopped seeing 1:11 and 11:11 everywhere but it kept happening.

Since 2004 and counting, I still see 1:11 and 11:11 everywhere. Not only on clocks and watches, but also on billboards, suite numbers, telephone numbers and even invoices. I learned from the research I have done on the significance of the 111 number series is that it's a reminder that the Universe is listening, taking snapshots of your thoughts in the moment.

15 months after my first daughter Ananya was born, came my second daughter Rena. During my pregnancy I was seeing 22 and 222 everywhere. Time 2:22, office suite 202, Doctor's office suite 220. I thought to myself, "So, this child is going to be born at 2:20 then!" But for Rena, it wasn't about the time of birth. Rena, my second daughter, was born on 2/2/2006.

What I learned about the significance of the 222 numbers series was that the Universe was affirming that the shifts that I was going through were more aligned with my higher purpose. Interestingly enough, it was during this time that I was very uncomfortable at the company I was working for and was thinking of resigning. However, the material world (potential to make money at the cost of my wellness) had me so hooked that I stayed on despite the writing on the wall. Eventually, things got so bad that I had no other choice but to leave. 3 weeks after I left my job, I started my Holistic practice and haven't looked back since.

I believe that regardless of you seeing these numbers or not, the Universe is always listening. If the Universe were to take a snapshot of your mind at any given point in time, what would that picture look like? The numbers are just a reminder on the physical plane what is at play on the metaphysical plane. I am sure you've heard the phrase "thoughts are things" made famous by the book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. However, this isn't a new idea, it's a Universal Law by which you and I can literally Manifest our lives.

6 years ago I started receiving messages with the words I AM....over and over again.... I was trying to make sense of it and would ask myself, what is this I AM? Why do I keep seeing I AM everywhere I go? Slowly I AM started to reveal itself to me a little more each day. First, I AM stands for Inner Awareness Manifestation. Second to set your I AM in motion you need to Intend, Affirm and Manifest. Third, I saw holographic renditions of what the meditation called I AM Consciousness would look like. And I looked up at the time, it was 11:11.

Slowly but surely I kept nurturing the I AM Consciousness seed and it grew into a powerful, life changing course for personal transformation and spiritual growth.

March 22nd 2011 I taught my first 1 year meditation class called the I AM Consciousness Program. My first class had 4 people in it, the 2nd class 6, then 8 and now I have 11 in this years class. The 11th person to sign up was my husband, I've come a full circle!

The I AM Consciousness Program has been an opportunity for me to teach and lead mindful and aware beings to the next level of their conscious awareness, healing and manifestation. By virtue of teaching the class itself however I too have kept deepening my self-awareness and continued to learn and grow with my students.

All this to say that if I hadn't seen the signs, listened to the message and followed through on them I would not be living out my life's purpose right now. Don't deny your downloads. The Universe is in a conversation with you constantly. You just have to pause and listen to what it's saying to you. What is equally important is what you are saying to the Universe? Are you grateful, hopeful and optimistic about your life? Or are you angry, resentful and ashamed about something from your past? The Universe is taking a snapshot of your thoughts. Be present to your inner dialogue as often as you can. The time to heal and live your life and light to the fullest is NOW.
